Problem solver. Doer. Measurer.

She loves technology, people, and process — and has spent her entire career finding ways to connect all three. Now she does it with AI.

What She Does Now

AI transformation
that actually sticks.

Christine works with organizations navigating AI transformation — not to hand them a set of tools, but to teach them how to build and maintain their own AI systems. Every engagement is built alongside the team. When she leaves, they can keep going. That’s the whole point.

She also teaches through Maven — a structured cohort course for professionals who want to lead AI transformation in their own organizations. And she built the Phoenix Formula: an AI-powered career coaching program for people rebuilding after a layoff, now offered pro bono.

She tracks more than AI adoption. Every engagement measures team confidence, motivation, innovation, willingness to try new things, growth mindset. Transformation without measurement is guessing. She doesn’t guess.

The Journey

How 25 years of doing
becomes AI consulting.

01

Where it started

Nonprofit + Measurement

Minored in nonprofit management. Took a data measurement class built on Douglas Hubbard's framework. Read Toxic Charity — and understood early that dumping money into programs without measuring outcomes isn't generosity, it's waste. Helped build a social enterprise in Haiti. Turned around a nonprofit from empty bank accounts to 100 new members in 90 days.

02

The methodology

Process + People

Change management at BCD Travel. Six Sigma Green Belt. Design Thinking certification. Learned to systematize intuition — how to take what works and make it repeatable. Operations, digital transformation roadmaps, work breakdown structures. The problem-solving muscle became structural.

03

The scale

Strategy + Operations

VMware, Silicon Valley. Chief of Staff and Future of Work leader. Office of the CEO rotation — managing the 'aces' from every department, overseeing company-wide OKRs. Watched 25% of VPs not submit annual goals. Sat in a keynote where the speaker said they only hit 44% of their goals. Confirmed what she already knew: measurement is the gap between strategy and execution.

04

The forcing function

AI + Entrepreneurship

Broadcom acquisition. Laid off at 34 weeks pregnant. Built two businesses from scratch using AI as the engine. Phoenix Formula. Maven course. 80+ agents. And brought it all back to the thing she's always cared about: systems that produce measurable outcomes for people.

The through-line: a problem solver at heart who has always cared about whether things actually work — not just whether they look like they do. From turning around a nonprofit to building AI systems for organizations, the discipline is the same. Measure it. See what’s moving. Don’t stop until you can prove it.

Feelings aren’t proof.
So she measured it.

When Christine got laid off at 34 weeks pregnant, she had $2,000 in executive coaching sessions already paid for by her employer. She took every session. Documented every framework. Asked every question that gave her more insight into how transformation actually works.

When the sessions ended, she went to her coach and asked if she’d help build an AI version — an agent trained on how she actually thinks. The coach said no. So Christine built it herself. A career coach. A nutritionist. A wellness coach. A startup coach. Then she started helping other laid-off professionals — she’s always been good at seeing what someone has to offer when they can’t see it themselves.

One person became a dozen. A dozen became a program. That program — the Phoenix Formula — ran over 200 coaching sessions and proved that AI could produce real outcomes in the domain everyone assumes is permanently human. Now it’s offered pro bono to anyone rebuilding after a layoff.

Part of Something Larger

Christine, as part of
Equilibrium Collaborative.

Insight AI Consultancy is part of Equilibrium Collaborative (EQ) — a network of 40 independent consultants who do above-par work and have chosen to work with each other instead of within traditional firms.

This isn’t a staffed project. These are consultants who collaborate, maintain real relationships, and have deliberately built their careers around doing excellent work without sacrificing the rest of their lives.

If something cultural needs to happen before an AI transformation can take hold — leadership alignment, organizational design, change management — Christine will tell you that, and bring in the right EQ consultant for it. You get the full capability. And if she’s not the right fit, she’ll tell you that too.

40 independent consultants.

Specialists across organizational design, change management, L&D, data, systems, and more.

Collaborative, not transactional.

Real relationships between practitioners who've worked together and trust each other's work.

Above par, always.

Every EQ consultant chose this path deliberately. The work reflects that.

Honest about fit.

If AI readiness isn't the first thing your organization needs, she'll tell you — and help you figure out what is.

“I built it. I failed at it. I rebuilt it — and then I measured whether it actually worked. That’s the standard I bring to every engagement.”
