Where AI strategy
gets real.
From keynotes to executive workshops. I bring the frameworks and the honest conversation — the judgment vs. intelligence distinction, what the 5% of successful AI transformations actually do, and how to build a team that does more.
01
Executive Leadership / All-Hands
What the 5% of AI transformations that actually scale do differently.
Daily AI usage has doubled. 95% of pilots fail to scale. Only 2–4% of executives see real transformative change. This talk is about what separates those organizations — the deliberate assessment, the workflow redesign, the measurement framework, and the internal capability building that makes AI actually stick.
A clear picture of what distinguishes real transformation from expensive experimentation
The five things high-performing AI organizations do that most skip entirely
A practical framework for deciding where to start and how to measure what matters

Team Leaders / HR / L&D
From survival pressure to momentum: what it actually takes to bring your team through AI change.
What people are experiencing right now isn't a meaning crisis — it's a survival crisis. Professionals who earned $180,000 interviewing for $90,000. Senior people two levels below where they were. Handed AI mandates with no framework, no additional pay, no equity in what gets built from their expertise. This talk takes that seriously — and offers a path through it that actually builds momentum.
Why standard change management approaches don't work for AI adoption
The simulation-first method that moves teams from overwhelm to confidence
What leaders can actually do — specific, concrete, and honest

Operations / Strategy / Executive Teams
Designing for more: how to use AI to grow revenue, not just reduce headcount.
The wrong question is how to use AI to do the same things with fewer people. The right question is: how do we do more? How do we double revenue? How do we get to the work we've never had capacity for? This talk uses design thinking to reframe AI as a growth engine — understanding what customers and employees actually need, then designing the people, process, and technology to deliver it.
The difference between lift-and-shift automation and genuine transformation
How design thinking and AI work together to find real growth opportunities
A framework for identifying where your team's highest-leverage work actually is

Judgment vs. intelligence: why your expertise matters more now, not less.
Intelligence is rule-based — complex, but followable. AI can now do this autonomously. Judgment is different: experience, taste, and insight built over years of making calls and learning from the ones that went sideways. As AI takes on more intelligence work, judgment gets pushed to a higher level. This talk explains the mechanism — and what it means for anyone who has built real expertise.
The intelligence vs. judgment distinction and why it changes everything
How to decompose your role and identify where your irreplaceable value actually lives
A practical approach to using AI to do more judgment work, not less
Speaker Bio
Christine Reichenbach spent years as a Future of Work leader at VMware in Silicon Valley. After being laid off with the Broadcom acquisition at 34 weeks pregnant, she built two businesses from scratch using AI as the engine — and measured every step of it.
She sits at the intersection of design thinking, Six Sigma process discipline, and organizational design. She’s built 80+ agents, taught hundreds of professionals through Maven, and developed curriculum around the thing no one talks about: cognitive sustainability — how teams stay sharp instead of becoming dependent.
She’s a thought doer, not a thought leader. She’s done it, failed at it, rebuilt it — and she talks about all of it.
